Does Signon’X require a commitment?
No. The monthly plan has no commitment. The annual plan gives you two months free.
What happens beyond 300 conversations?
Nothing is cut off and nothing is added to your invoice without your agreement. We warn you, and you decide whether to add a 300-conversation pack at €39 excl. VAT per month. The dashboard shows your usage at any time.
What counts as a conversation?
One exchange with a visitor, up to ten minutes — ample time to present your offer, answer questions and collect details. Beyond that, your agent politely takes leave. A visitor who comes back later starts a new conversation.
Does Signon’X book appointments or send emails?
Not today. Signon’X collects your visitors’ details and shows them in your dashboard. Connected calendars and email sending are in development, and can be ordered today as part of an AspasiaX project.
Why is the scoping workshop paid?
Because it produces a deliverable: a written scope and a firm quote, not a sales pitch. Its €890 excl. VAT is fully deducted from the implementation fee if the project is signed within sixty days.
Can I add a CRM to Signon’X?
No. Signon’X is deliberately simple and standardised. A CRM, ERP or API connection belongs to AspasiaX Connect or above.
Why does AspasiaX require a design investment?
Because she does more than read your site. We turn your trade, your rules, your objections and your processes into an agent able to represent your company and act inside it.
Does the stated price cover all development?
It covers the scope set out in the proposal. Anything beyond it is quoted and approved before work starts.
